Camera Broken? All Images White

I have a Fujif31fd that I have had for about 3 years now. Just recently, it stopped taking normal pictures, and now takes only all white photos. The LCD works fine, I can review old photos in color as they were taken, can see status indicators and framing lines, etc... but the live image on it when taking a photo or reviewing photos taken in the last week, is completely white.

At first I thought it could be a busted lens letting in too much light, but the image/screen is completely white even in the dark of night so I'm not sure that is it. Could it be a CCD problem?

Any idea?
